From October 2024, people aged 50 will automatically be invited to receive a free NHS bowel screening test kit every two years.
People aged 51-74 are already eligible for bowel screening.
Screening can help find bowel cancer early, when you don’t have any symptoms.
Don’t ignore your free test kit when you receive it – it could save your life.
