This year’s flu uptake has been like no other. Despite ordering more flu vaccines than ever before we ran out in record time.
Recently, the Welsh Assembly Government announced that 50-64-year-olds would also be eligible for a free flu vaccine. As we have no stock remaining we are trying to determine the level of interest from 50 to 64-year-olds for the flu vaccine so that we can TRY and get more flu vaccine stock.
If you are aged between 50 and 64 and would like to show your interest in having the flu vaccine please fill out the form. IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE ONE, it will allow us to judge how much stock we need to try and get hold of.
The deadline for letting us know if you would be interested is 6 pm, Monday 14th December 2020.
